Slow Cooked Shredded Mexican Chicken

 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon White Pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano

1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Chicken Broth


Mix Seasonings.  Rub over Chicken.

Place chicken in a  slow cooker.  Add broth.  Cook on high for 1 hour and low for 3 hours or until chicken is tender.  

Remove chicken.  Shred with 2 forks.
