15 Frozen Meatballs
1/2 pkg Hoagies
1 pkg Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
1/2 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh Spinach, chopped
Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
Cook Meatballs according to package directions.
Open the Hoagies and lay on a jelly roll pan. Fold Pepper Jack cheese slices in half and cover the hoagies.
Broil for 1-2 minutes till cheese browns slightly
With each Hoagie, top with bell pepper, onion, spinach, parmesan, salt and pepper. Place 5 meatballs per hoagie on top of veggies. Pour some spaghetti sauce on top.
